We are seeking an Office Manager for our direct marketing team who can hit the ground running and make a difference! The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to lead in a team environment. He/she must be able to work effectively be hands on, results oriented, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and a creative problem solver.
The following education and experience is required to accomplish project tasks:
Provide direct support to the Managing Director of GPS
Assist the director with the managing of the recruitment and retention of staff
Team sales tracking and management of teams
Sales and client facing responsibilities
Team administrative support
Office operations duties
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of Office Management experience.Experience in the professional services industry a plus
Sales and marketing experience
Knowledge of office administration, including software experience with Outlook, Word, and Powerpoint;
Excellent communication skills and phone customer service experience with high level professionals;
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Innovative and creative thinking in developing a growth strategy
Entrepreneurial drive to grow a business practice area
Innate intellectual curiosity and a high energy level
