Business Development Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To research data and develop processes that advise services on new markets.
2. Responsible for ensuring services produce their annual Business Plan and create meaningful measures to ensure positive delivery.
3. To coordinate the corporate business information system so that it meets corporate service and customer needs.
4. To develop the system to be able to provide useful customer focused data.
5. To work with internal services and external partnerships to improve the quality of service delivery using efficient processes and removing waste work.
6. To ensure that relevant performance management is put in place to deliver and measure agreed outcomes.
7. To take part in projects as well as have the ability to lead projects within the service and corporately.
8. Use marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts, source and complete tender opportunities.
9. Collecting and producing reports monthly and annually for management purposes with the flexibility to produce ad hoc reports.
10. To carry out such duties as maybe required and are commensurate with the grade of the post and its role within the Firm.
11. Identify, evaluate and meet contractual needs, development of marketing materials
Customer services relating to client queries and issues raised.
12. Carry out evaluation, observation and analysis and act on feedback where necessary to ensure high quality service provision and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience as Business Development Executive or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the Organizational standard.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft office packages
• Resident in Port Harcourt
• Minimum of a Second class Lower
• Data Entry Management and General Math Skills.
• Reporting Skills and Attention to Detail.
• Initiative and problem solving skills
• Previous experience of employer engagement
• Good social media skills
