Position: Software Solution Architect Assistant

Job Description

  • This person will provide support to the Enterprise Solution Architect in designing and documenting the solution architecture, selecting the right software and infrastructure approach to solving the problem; ensuring the adequacy of all the non-functional requirements; and providing support to the programming team all through the software development life-cycle.
  • This software architect assistant will also support the solutions architect in ensuring that all coding adheres to standards set and is properly documented.

Position: Business Unit Manager

Job Description

  • The Manager of the business unit is responsible for owning, directing and managing the strategy and operations of the assigned business unit, providing leadership to various operational units and ensuring that the assigned performance and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' cognate experience in business operations, three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory
  • Excellent understanding of ICT Product and Service delivery.
  • Strong People and Team Management Skills
  • Excellent entrepreneurial flair, analytical skills, commercial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong business ethics and high level of integrity.


Position: Project Manager

Job Description

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for simultaneously managing the various aspects and phases of all project(s) and their life cycle(s) while ensuring adherence to best-practice enterprise and local project and program management standards, frameworks, and processes.
  • The project manager will utilize stakeholder management, effective planning and broad domain awareness to ensure that projects are executed within scope and in meeting or surpassing customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex projects a must
  • PMP or other project management certifications a plus
  • Outstanding leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • A minimum of five (5) years' cognate experience in project management
  • Excellent understanding of ICT Project Management Principles and Tools.
  • Strong People and Team Management Skills
  • Strong business ethics and high level of integrity.
