We are recruiting to fill the position of:
POSITION: Electrician & A/C Technician
Job Description
- Maintenance of all electrical appliances
- Installations and trouble shooting of all electrical issues
- Ensuring all electrical outlets and systems are grounded
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 7years experience and above in related field
- Should have good communication skills
- Must be customer focused.
- Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
- Excellent work etiquette
- Should also have good knowledge of general health and safety
POSITION: Plumber
Job Description
- Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
- Identify required tools and special equipment select the type and size of pipe require
- Locate and mark Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
- Identify required tools and special equipment select the type and size of pipe required
- Locate and mark positions for connections and fixture
- Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and control
- Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
- Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilet
- Install, repair and maintain water heaters and conditioners
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing
- fixtures, appliances and trim positions for connections and fixtures
Requirements
- Interested candidate must have 7 years experience and above
- Good communication skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent Work etiquette
- Work with little or no supervision
