Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO
Job Descriptions
- To closely work with the MD to aid efforts geared at ensuring the proper articulation of business strategies and the attainment of periodic goals and objectives role.
- Oversees administrative procedures and processes for the MD's Office, usually acting as the administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources, and represents the MD at various meetings or external events as may be delegated.
- Responsible for identifying, gathering and communicating state regulatory, political actions and issues that may impact Company's business and operations, and works closely with the relevant departments across the Group to ensure relevant and timely information is given to stakeholders in this regard.
- To provide functional and strategic business support to the MD and may in addition be required to support other key Group Executives of the Company.

Job Requirements
- Education: A good University Degree in any of the Social Sciences discipline or equivalent
- Experience: A minimum of 2 - 4 years experience within a reputable corporate organisation. Professional Membership or Registration: An MBA will be an added advantage.
Job Position: Head of Operation (Deputy General Manager)
Job Description
- To plan, direct and manage the performance of the company’s operations, as dictated by the overall business strategy, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy
Main Responsibilities

- Management of overall Operations function including:
- Transport & Logistics Management
- Ensure that the transport and logistics functions are run effectively and efficiently so that each operational unit (Fuel & Chemicals and Dry Freight) performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives
- Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the department, covering non- financial as well as financial controls
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in regard to financial and physical resources, administration and budgeting in order to optimize opportunities, outputs and revenue.

- Professional Membership or Registration - Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Nigeria
