A reputable Security and Outsourcing Services Organisation with its Head Office located in Abuja desires to fill the vacant position and hereby solicits for applications from interested candidates:

POSITION : Business Development Officer

Job Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for the generation and development of both inbound and outbound business opportunities.
The candidate will be a consummate and credible professional selling and marketing our company’s products and services to new and existing customers.

Academic Qualification

Minimum of first degree in Social Science or Humanities from a reputable university

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Security
A sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation
Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
Highly organized and significant ability to multi-task effectively, very quick paced and detail oriented
More of a people oriented tales person rather than an analytical or technical orientation:
Has warm, affable, and friendly communication style
Professional certification in Industrial Security, Health. Safety and Environment (HSE) would be an added advantage
Age: Not above 45 years

POSITION : Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that maximize profitable, recurring volume growth and increase the long term value of businesses within the Company, provide Marketing leadership to the system for identifying, creating and prioritizing profitable volume opportunities for the portfolio.
The Marketing Manager will Lead, motivate and develop capabilities of the business unit Marketing Team and provide strategic marketing leadership.

POSITION : Chief Security Officer

Job Description

As a Chief Security Officer, you are responsible for the safety and security of lives and properties in all the locations where we offer security services, Team Members and visitors while at those premises.
Team Member drills, discipline. supervision and performance will be within the CSO’s purview.
The CSO will be responsible for Head Office security matters.

Working Experience

Should be at least the rank of Retired Lieutenant in the Nigerian Army or Ex-Police Officer not below the rank of ASP with considerable work experience and have the capacity to lead and get result.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Security
Professional certification in Industrial Security, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) would be an added advantage.
Age: Not below 35
