POSITION : Technical Assistant to the MD
Responsibilities
- We are looking for an IT savvy, highly organised technical assistant who can provide adequate support services to the MD/CEO.
- The ideal candidate play a fundamental role in ensuring that the MD is highly productive in his daily goals.
- Prepare technical business reports for MD’s consumption in order to aid decision making
- Co-ordinate with team leads and ED to provide reports to the MD
- Be the buffer/conduit between the MD and team leads
- Represent the company at business engagement or with clients, contractors and vendor partners where necessary
- Advise the CEO to enable him take vital decisions on technical matters.
- Other business support areas as may be required by the MD/CEO
Requirements
- 2+ years of similar experience
- Excellent First Degree
- Keen interest in the tech industry
- IT Savvy
- Excellent communication (written & spoken) skills
- Good Organisational Skills
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality Conscious.
- Computer use competency
- Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Not Older than 28 years by 5th January, 2017
