POSITION : Regional Manager
Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Helps in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identifying opportunities for GrainPro Business throughout Region.
- Come up keep and updated Expanded Customer Information Database (ExCID)
- Participate in both local and International Exhibitions to promote Grainpro products with emphasis to a thorough and well-planned evaluation with his superior/s.
Sales and Territory Management:
- Achieve sales target through a well-managed budget expense for the Region.
- Required to interact closely with key decision makers of customer and monitor their requirements
- Lead sales and product presentations, contract development and negotiation (ex. to do Corporate Presentations to Prospective clients/distributors or Key
- Influencers).
- Travel throughout the countries within Region with Business Growth objective
- Coordinate/organize sales and after sales support activities (Technical Services, product installation & customer support a).
- Convert inquiries into Sales
- Facilitate collection of payments from clients
- Day to day activities related to GrainPro business
Networking Training , Management and Development Business Partners (Distributors/Retailers/Reps):
- Motivate Distributors/Business Partners counterpart in each Country to generate Maximum Business.
- Be relevant in Coordinating and Coaching Business Partners’ Counterparts (“Training the Trainers”)
- Organize a regular coordination / communication exchange with our business partners (Distributors/ Retailers / and Representatives)
Execution and Communication :
- Keep headquarters in Philippines updated with relevant information including forecasts and other market updates needed for smooth operational activity
- Work with government organisation for sales as well as reducing import duties
- Ensures a coordinated approach between Philippines/US and region assigned while being responsible for regional marketing activity, with a future focus on
- coordinating activities across other markets
- Ensure the success of projects that the organization will embark on, including standards such as ISO and other individual projects that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Degree preferably in Marketing/Business or Technical (Agriculture etc)
- Proven business development experience in related industries are a must
- 8 years of experience in Strategic Sales Management
- Project Management Orientation
