Sales Craft Limited a leading Real Estate Development company is recruiting to fill the position below: 

POSITION : Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Have ability to develop strategy to exceed company’s sales target
  • Ability to implement long term strategy
  • Understand the affordable housing sector

Requirements

  • Have field marketing experience in insurance, multi level network marketing, banking & finance
  • Able to create a marketing system that recruits, train, develop and inspire marketers to achieve maximum result
  • Mave multi level marketing idea of sales through human capacity development
  • Able to drive sales force to achieve sales goals
  • Basic knowledge or Degree in the field of Architecture or Survey
  • A Real Estate Development experience is an added advantage
  • Marketing Manager
  • Willing to do industry research of how other leading players develop their module of business.
