POSITION : Real Estate Officer - Business Development Officer
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel application).
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Manage property auctions or exchanges
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
POSITION : Leasing Officer - Business Development Officer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Market and grow company’s leasing and investment products suite.
- Develop strategies for business expansion and synergy across industry groups.
- Manage the annual financial budgets.
- Develop and deepen a multi-channel product sales strategy.
Requirements
- A Degree in a relevant field.
- Typically requires 2 years’ experience in the related area.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel application).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of English Language.
- Good team player, versatile, confident and articulate.
POSITION : Leasing Manager - Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
- Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
- Typically reports to a senior manager or head of a unit/department.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations department.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
- Has full authority for personnel actions.
- Extensive knowledge of department processes.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Typically requires 5 years’ experience in the related area. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite (especially Excel application).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of English Language.
- Good team player, versatile, confident and articulate.
