POSITION : Business Development Consultant
Requiremens
- Relevant academic qualifications;
- Five years’ work experience selling Training and Consulting services to public and private sector clients;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Neat and corporate personal appearance;
- Computer proficiency; Able to multitask;
- Strong work and productivity ethics;
- Able to deliver on timelines and set activity and revenue targets; Professionalism; Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Interpersonal skills; Communication skills; Presentation skills; Customer focus; Teamwork and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Promote sales and secure business from existing and prospective clients;
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential clients and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs;
- Manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients;
- Make daily telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients; Updating daily activity and result reports on a CRM;
- Resolve customer complaints;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks and targets.
