Job Description
- Collecting data on the clients' current performance.
- Running diagnostic tests.
- Measuring performance against industry benchmarks.
- Figuring out organizational needs and bottlenecks.
- Developing improvement plans.
- Ensuring the linkage of programs to company goals.
- Working with leaders and department heads to solve specific problems.
- Building the organization's stock of human capital through staff development programs.
- Providing specialized industry knowledge gained from previous clients and projects.
- Engaging in change management exercises with employees.
- Creating and managing budgets.
- Getting senior leadership to buy into the change initiative.
- Performing internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies.
- Performing quality assurance checks.
- Administering surveys to employees.
- Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification.
- Partnering with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time and strengthen client relationships.
- Consulting with clients to help them understand what their data is telling them and how they should use it.
Qualifications
- First Degree in a Social Science course, a Postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications and project management certifications are desirable
- 5-7 years’ experience in management consulting, 3 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
- Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
- Excellent people and client management skills.
- Strong project management skills.
