We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead / Productivity Manager

Locations: Lagos, Ibadan - Oyo and Abeokuta - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Details

  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Contributing to meeting monthly/yearly sales targets.
  • Answering customer and sales team queries.
  • Mediating disputes with customers and Sales team
  • Solid understanding of financial industry policies and competitive products.
  • Be able to provide mentorship.
  • Strong leadership qualities.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary
N279,000 / month.
