We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct daily inspections of the hospital facility to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Monitor and maintain the Hospital's safety.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Oversee the inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and provide solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related needs and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Facility Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Previous experience in a healthcare facility is advantageous.
