Job Title: Store Assistant

Location: Ajah (Ikota) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals aged between 18 and 25, with a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), to join our team as Store Assistants.
The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing healthcare products and supplies in the store.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including shelves, displays, and storage areas.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations and adhere to safety and security guidelines.
Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and assist in reconciling inventory records.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
Assist customers in locating products, providing product information, and answering inquiries.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
Assist in conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies or damages to management.

Requirements

Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
Age between 18 and 25 years.
Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
